Our church is a caring, compassionate church body of conservative Lutherans.
What are services here like? Our services are generally an hour long and include music, confession and absolution, the Word of God, preaching and the Lord's Supper.
What is the music like? We feature primarily traditional Lutheran hymns, played on piano or organ. Â On the third Sunday of each month we have a praise band that plays guitar and sings.
How do we dress? Ideally, people will dress in a conservative, respectful fashion as an honour to God. Â However nobody will be turned away because of how they dress.
What about my kids? Please bring your children! Â Children are a welcome part of the congregation and are invited to be a part of the service.
Can I take communion? Redeemer Lutheran Church is a confessional Lutheran congregation, which means we offer close(d) communion.  Close or closed communion means that communion is offered to those who are baptized members of Lutheran Church-Canada, or church bodies that they are in fellowship with, including Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) and Selbständige Evangelisch-Lutherische Kirche (SELK).  If you are a guest here and would like to partake in communion, please find an elder (anyone will be happy to point them out) or find the pastor so they can assist you.Â
How can I get connected? You can call our church at 403-335-3161 or you can email vicar Michael at lutherstudent1483@gmail.com or you can call him directly at 780-232-6386.
Where do I park? Parking is available beside or behind the church, with very easy access to the sanctuary.
